On any given my day you will find me in the yoga studio cueing my students to “move with mindfulness and control.” But practicing in this way isn’t just about avoiding injury. It’s about orienting yourself to life in a way that is thoughtful and composed.

Around the holidays we are invited to sit with this notion of mindful movement as we move from the hustle and bustle of the work grind to spending quality time with our loved ones. Thoughtful gift giving is one way, in life, that I choose to move with intention. I strive for anything I give to nurture and pamper my loved ones.
